Mark W. Boczar
Mark W. Boczar earned his B.A., cum laude, in Finance and Risk Management & Insurance from Saint Joseph’s University in 2013. During this time, he served as the Vice President of Gamma Iota Sigma: the international risk management, insurance, and actuarial science collegiate business fraternity. He received his J.D. in 2016 from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where he participated in the Temple Law Global Scholar Program in Rome, Italy, and was a member of the Academic Core Enrichment Program.
While in law school, Mr. Boczar worked in various roles within the insurance industry. As an underwriter for Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Companies, he focused on performing account risk assessments for a wide range of insurance needs for organizations within the sports and recreation market. Additionally, he served as a summer legal intern in the group claims department at ACE Limited Insurance Company, where he conducted research on national and global insurance coverage and liabilities issues, assisted in the review of complex claims across all global product lines, and conferred with legal counsel on claims requiring litigation.
Mr. Boczar joined the Boonswang Law Firm as a Case Manager in January 2017.
Taylor A. Gerchman earned a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Spanish from Lock Haven University in 2014. She received her J.D. from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2017.
Taylor joined the Boonswang Law Firm as a Law Clerk in 2015. After being admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 2017, Taylor joined the firm as an Associate Attorney and practices primarily in the area of Plaintiff’s life insurance litigation. She has experience working with clients across the country from the start of a case through to resolution.
Although she may be a young attorney, Taylor has worked to achieve favorable outcomes for numerous clients and continues to strive for success in every one of her cases.

Kathleen A. Vermilion
Kathleen A. Vermilion attended Villanova University and obtained a B.A. in History and Secondary Social Education with a minor in Political Science. After graduating, she taught several subjects in the School District of Philadelphia. While teaching, Kathleen fostered a passion for serving individuals in need. After three years of teaching, Kathleen followed her passion to law school.
Returning to her roots, Kathleen graduated from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2016. While in law school, Kathleen focused her course work, to the extent possible, on civil rights and protecting the disadvantaged. Additionally, she was on Law Review and served as an articles editor. She graduated magna cum laude and in the top 10% of her class.
Kathleen joined the Boonswang Law Firm in January 2017. Since then, she has worked diligently to obtain the most money possible for each of her clients.
